A large Hermes scarf in soft hues. A hand-rolled square of 80% cashmere and 20% silk. This scarf is a feat of dyeing and weaving, entirely made by hand in Nepal. To achieve this intricate pattern, the skeins of weft thread are painstakingly tied with over 3,000 knots, dyed and then hung on the loom one by one. |
