Product availability

    The products listed on this website are sold simultaneously at multiple stores. Therefore, in some cases, the product may be sold out at other stores and out of stock.
    Your order will be confirmed when we check the physical stock at our store and send you an order confirmation email. Please wait to make payment (bank transfer) until you receive our email.
    We pay close attention to inventory. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Product images and condition

   - Depending on your monitor settings, the color of actual products may differ slightly from the image on your screen.
   - Used items may have minor scratches or stains that cannot be seen in the image.
    We take care with our product photos and product descriptions so that our customers can make purchases with confidence. However, there may be a discrepancy between the impression you get from the label (such as Near-mint and Used) and the actual condition of the product.

Color aging of vegetable-tanned leather

    Natural, vegetable-tanned leathers will become sunburned due to lighting during display and over time.

Product measurement guide

- Width (W): 
    Measure in a straight line of the base. For trapezoidal bags, the top are also measured and listed.
- Height (H): 
    Measure in a straight line from the base to the top edge of the center of the side.
- Depth (D): 
    Measure in a straight line of the base.
- Handle: 
    Measure between the points affixed to the body or the holes of the adjustable handle. For items that can be adjusted in length, the length from the shortest to the longest is listed.

   * There might be a minor error that does not interfere with use because of measurement taken by hand.
   * A basic measurement example is shown above, and the specific measurement points may vary based on the product’s design.
