   Up to 200,000 yen: 5,500 yen

   200,001 yen to 500,000 yen: 11,000

   yen 500,001 yen to 1,000,000 yen: 22,000 yen

   1,000,001 yen or more: 33,000 yen

*Even if you return multiple products, an administrative fee will be charged for each product. Please be aware of this in advance.


○ After contacting us, please send the product to us.

○ As soon as we receive the product you wish to return, we will check the contents and contact you.

○ We will process the refund within 4 days after the product arrives at our company.


Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases.


○ Products that have been used even once

○ Products that have become dirty or damaged due to customer's fault

○ Products that we have purchased at the customer's request

○ If accessories that were included at the time of purchase are missing due to loss or damage

○ If the protective sticker on the product has been removed or the string tag has been cut

○ Products that have had size adjustments, such as watch bracelet adjustments or ring size changes

○ If the condition of the returned product is different from when it was shipped by our company

Refund process

1) Credit card: The credit card charge will be cancelled.

Please note that depending on the closing date of the credit card company, there may be cases where the payment is withdrawn once and then refunded.

2) Cash on delivery: The store will refund to your designated account.
