Checking recieved products

    Please make sure that the product you received matches the product you ordered. If you receive the incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

     We do our utmost to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving the product. We will promptly process the return of the product.

Return request deadline

    When returning an item, please contact us by email or phone within 2 days of receiving the item, and then return the item to us within 4 days of receiving the item.
   * We may refuse returns after the deadline.

Return fee

    We accept returns for reasons of customer convenience such as "The size did not fit." or "It was not what I expected."

  * Bank transfer fee varies depending on the financial institution.

Administrative fees
    Administrative fees vary depending on the product price.
   - Up to 200,000 JPY: 5,500 JPY
   - 200,001 JPY to 500,000 JPY: 11,000 JPY
   - 500,001 JPY to 1,000,000 JPY: 22,000 JPY
   - Over 1,000,001 JPY: 33,000 JPY
 * Administrative fees will be charged for each product. Please be aware of this in advance.

Retrun restrictions

    Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases.
  - Products that have been used even once
  - Products that have become dirty or damaged due to customer's fault
  - Products that we have purchased at the customer's request
  - If accessories that were included at the time of purchase are missing due to loss or damage
  - If the protective sticker on the product has been removed or the string tag has been cut
  - Products that have had size adjustments, such as watch bracelet adjustments or ring size changes
  - If the condition of the returned product is different from when it was shipped by our company
  - Returns after the product has been resold
  - If the return period has expired

Refund process

- Credit card:
    The credit card charge will be canceled. Please note that depending on the closing date of the credit card company, there may be cases where the payment is withdrawn once and then refunded.

- Bank transfer:
    We will refund to your designated account.

How to request return

1. After contacting us, please send the product to us.
2. As soon as we receive the product, we will check the product and contact you.
3. We will process the refund within 4 days after the product arrives us.
