Delivery timing

Products are usually shipped within the next day. (*Depending on the payment method.)
Please note that even if you order multiple items, if the items are in stock at different stores, they will be shipped separately for each store.

After shipping, you will receive a shipping completion email with the shipping number.
(If you order multiple items, you will receive an email for each shipping store.)

 

Regarding delivery date and time

When placing an order, please enter your desired delivery date and time in the [Contact Shop] section in the cart.
The delivery date and time can be specified within 3 to 5 business days after the order confirmation date.

Ships on Saturdays and holidays

Our store is open and delivers on Saturdays and holidays (excluding New Year's holidays).



About the delivery company

Delivery will be by Japan Post. (Some items will be delivered by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport)

Free shipping to all of Japan for orders over 10,000 yen, excluding some regions .

Free shipping nationwide, excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, and some remote islands
Hokkaido: 1,500 yen
Okinawa Prefecture and some remote islands: Actual cost

[If the total amount of one order is 9,999 yen or less]
Nationwide, excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, and some remote islands: 700 yen
Hokkaido: 1,500 yen
Okinawa Prefecture and some remote islands: Actual cost

Shipping fees to Okinawa Prefecture and some remote islands may be higher than the shipping fee at the time of ordering due to the system.

About combined shipping

What is "consolidation"? ... It means that separate orders will be delivered on the same delivery date and shipped together.

About reservations

We are very sorry. We do not reserve products at our store.
Also, if you come to the store directly instead of buying online, we will only reserve the product for the day you visit.



About international shipping

The shipping fee displayed at the time of ordering may differ from the actual shipping fee.
After receiving your order, we will measure the weight including packaging and inform you separately by email if there is a difference in the weight.
In addition, separate customs duties may be charged. In that case, you will be responsible for paying them.
Please pay this directly to the delivery company or customs.
Regulations vary depending on the destination country, so please contact the destination customs for details.

Regarding internationally shipping

The shipping charges displayed at the time of ordering may differ from the actual shipping charges.
After placing your order, we will measure the weight including packaging, and if there is a price difference, we will contact you via email.
Customs duty and other taxes may be levied additionally when the shipment reaches your country.
If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office.
Policies on those taxes vary in each country.
Please contact the customs office at your country for more details.

 

I received a notification that the item was delivered, but I haven't received it yet

The delivery may not have been delivered due to incorrect delivery information, such as a missing house number or room number.
Please check the status with the delivery company using the waybill number listed in the shipping completion email.



Regarding long-term absence and refusal to receive parcels

If the product is returned to our store due to an extended absence, etc., we regret to inform you that this will be treated as malicious behaviour and we may refuse to do business with you in the future.

In the unlikely event that you are absent for an extended period of time and are unable to receive your item, please contact us and we will accept your request for redelivery, provided that you pay the shipping costs incurred when the item is returned.
