Shipping
We ship from Japan to all over the world via EMS (Japan Post Office), FedEx, or DHL.
Timing of Shipment
Products are usually shipped within the next day. (*Depending on the payment method)
Please note that if the products are in stock at different stores, they will be shipped separately for each store.
After shipping, you will receive a shipping completion email with the tracking number.
* If you order multiple products, you will receive an email for each shipping store.
Scheduled delivery
When placing an order, please enter your desired delivery date and time in the [] section in the cart. The delivery date and time can be specified up to 5 business days after the order is confirmed.

Shipping on Saturdays and holidays
We ship on Saturdays and holidays (excluding New Year's holidays).
Shipping carriers
Domestic delivery will be via Japan Post. (Some items will be delivered via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.)
Shipping fees
Free shipping to Japan nationwide for orders over 10,000 JPY, excluding some regions.
- Over 10,000 JPY per order
- Nationwide, excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some remote islands: Free
- Hokkaido: 1,500 JPY
- Okinawa and some remote islands: Actual cost
- Up to 9,999 JPY per order
- Nationwide, excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some remote islands: 700 JPY
- Hokkaido: 1,500 JPY
- Okinawa and some remote islands: Actual cost
Due to the system limitations, Shipping fees to Okinawa and some remote islands may be higher than the shipping fee displayed on the checkout.
Combined shipping
If you order separately multiple products from the same store to the same address, they will be shipped together in a single delivery.
Products cannot be shipped together in the following cases.
- When the order date is different
* Orders for the same day will be closed at 12:00 (JST)
- When the payment method is different
- When the shipping address is different
- When the shipping process for the first order has been completed
Reservations of products
We are very sorry. We do not reserve products.
If you visit our stores in person instead of purchasing online, we will only reserve products for the day you visit.
International shipping
The shipping fee displayed on the checkout may differ from the actual shipping fee. After receiving your order, we will measure the total weight of the package and inform you by email.
When your package arrives, you might need to pay extra fees such as import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or goods and services tax (GST). These charges depend on your country’s rules. Please pay these fees directly to the delivery agent or customs office. For exact costs, contact the destination customs office.
It seems that my package hasn't arrived?
The package may not have been delivered due to incorrect delivery information, such as a missing address or room number. Please check the status with the delivery carriers using the tracking number listed in the shipping completion email.
Extended absence and Refusal of package
If the product is returned to us due to the refusal to accept the package, we regret to inform you that we may refuse to accept your future purchases.
In the unlikely event that you are absent for an extended period and you are unable to receive your package, please feel free to contact us. We will accept requests for reshipment, provided that you pay the shipping costs incurred when the package is returned.
