Watch warranty period

<Warranty period for new watches>
If a new, unused watch has a natural failure within one year from the date of purchase, we will repair it free of charge.


<Warranty period for used watches>
If a used watch has a natural failure within six months from the date of purchase, we will repair it free of charge.

The following cases will not be covered even if they are within the warranty period

　　 . ○ When our store determines that there is no problem with the quality or functionality.

　　○ Breakdown or damage caused by the customer's carelessness or improper handling.

　　○ Breakdown or damage to the exterior parts such as the case, belt, windshield or crown.
　
　　○ Breakdown due to breakage of the winding core, top core, or mainspring of a manual or automatic winding watch.

　　○ Breakdown or damage caused by improper repair or modification at the customer's request.

　　○ Breakdown or malfunction caused by moisture or other substances getting into the watch.

　　○ Breakdown due to battery leakage.

　　○ Accidents or damage caused by earthquakes, fires, floods, accidents or natural disasters.

　　○ If disassembly or repair is performed by a store other than ours.

 

The battery that is in the watch at the time of shipment is a monitor battery for checking operation, so even if it is within the warranty period, a charge will be incurred for battery replacement.
