Cancellation
Depending on the timing, it may not be possible to cancel or change your order after it has been placed.
* If delivery arrangements have already begun, we cannot accept changes or cancellations to your order.
How to cancel your order
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know by email or phone.
* For cancellation after payment has been completed, you will be responsible for any fees incurred when we issue a refund.
* If you have used points, points that have expired after the cancellation process cannot be refunded.
* If you have previously had an order canceled without paying the cancellation fee, been absent for an extended period, or refused to receive packages, we may cancel your order.
How to change payment method
Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed due to system limitations.
Please feel free to contact us. We will cancel your current order. You can then place a new order with your preferred payment method.

Can I get my purchase gift-wrapped?
An additional fee of 330 yen will be charged. When ordering, please write "I would like gift wrapping" in the [Add a note to your order] section in the cart.
