About watch warranty
<Warranty period for new watches>
If a new, unused watch experiences a natural malfunction within one year from the date of purchase, we will repair it free of charge.
<Warranty period for used watches>
If a natural malfunction occurs within six months of the purchase date of a used watch, we will repair it free of charge.
The following cases will not be covered even if they occur within the warranty period:
◯ If our store determines that there are no problems with quality or functionality.
◯ Breakdowns or damage caused by the customer's own negligence or improper handling.
◯Failure or damage to the exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown.
◯Failure due to breakage of the mainspring, core, or manual or automatic winding spring.
◯Failures or damage caused by improper repairs or modifications made by the customer.
◯ Breakdowns or malfunctions caused by moisture or other substances getting into the machine.
◯Failure due to battery leakage.
◯Accidents or damage caused by earthquakes, fires, floods, accidents or natural disasters.
